What is sound healing?

Sound healing is an ancient wellness practice that uses the vibrations and frequencies of instruments, primarily crystal singing bowls, to promote deep relaxation, emotional release, and physical restoration. Rather than something being done to you, it’s an experience that invites your body and mind to return to their natural state of balance. 

 

What actually happens during a session?

You’ll lie down comfortably, fully clothed, close your eyes, and breathe. I’ll play crystal singing bowls chosen intentionally for their frequency and feeling, along with other healing sound instrusments, creating a soundscape that moves through the room and through you. Most people experience deep relaxation, vivid imagery, emotional release, or simply the best rest they’ve had in a long time. There’s no right way to experience it. 

Do I need any experience or background in meditation?

None at all. sound healing meets you exactly where you are. Whether you’ve never meditated a day in your life or you have a daily practice, the experience is accessible and powerful. Your only job is to show up and breathe.
